Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract:

• Abstracts may be submitted for short oral presentations of 8 min or poster presentations. Abstracts submitted for oral presentation but not accepted may be considered for poster presentation if authors agree.

• The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

​

• The presenting author should be listed as the first author.

​

• It is MANDATORY to use the abstract template and submit it in word format (.docx). Please do not include figures or graphs. References are not obligatory and word count is affected by their inclusion.​

​

• All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English.

​

• The content of abstracts cannot be modified or corrected after final submission. 

​

• The Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Abstract submission confirmation will be sent by email to submitting author. If you do not receive a confirmation in two working days, please contact us.

​

• Authors will be notified of acceptance by email. 

​

• All abstracts accepted will be published in the workshop abstract book.
